Jeff has wide range of project and program management experience associated with workforce training, risk, safety, ship repair/maintenance modernization, removal and installation of ship systems, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and material requirements, manned diving systems, for DOD maritime industry. From waterborne repairs and commercial off the shelf build outs to planning collaboration for multinational/bilateral exercises, he knows that your schedule is important to you. He's can help identify your requirements, value add to improve your business, develop your PMO, and manage projects or programs from large to small.  Additionally, he is a master training specialist and has supported customers with coursework design, build, and delivery.
